Job Purpose

• Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives, and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
• Safe delivery and handover of the project to the owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents 'best value' for the owner and their stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Champion the project safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
• Identifying, evaluating, and resolving construction issues during the EPC phase of the works.
• Ensure an effective safety plan on the construction site during construction.
• Coordinate with licensors for construction site visits/inspections at site.
• Review EPC contractor's construction procedures.
• Review all matters related to constructing engineering and provide constructability input to 30/60/90% model reviews.
• Supervise construction inspection activities carried out by the EPC contractor.
• Monitor and coordinate the corrective actions and recommendations of the construction work performed by the EPC contractor.
• Approval of the mechanical completion and ready for commissioning certificates.
• Monitor the compilation and review the content of construction work packs and close-out dossiers.
