The project

This is an opportunity to work on a unique project consisting of mixed-use, commercial and residential development, along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for

• Lead delivery of specific project areas or work packages, ensuring alignment with KPIs on safety, quality, cost, and programme.
• Manage site activities for structure and/or fit out, maintaining high standards in programme, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with trade/subcontractors and stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships across teams.
• Support team performance through coaching, technical development, and performance management.
• Coordinate with package managers on programme milestones and critical path activities.
• Drive lookahead meetings and provide planned vs actual data, escalating issues when deviations occur.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC plans, ITPs, and handover requirements during area close-out.
• Utilize digital tools and project information systems in line with the project digital strategy.
• Champion company priorities, including construction to production, digital & data, and responsible business practices.
• Contribute to net zero carbon goals, identifying and managing carbon emissions during project delivery.

You'll need to have

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• SMSTS and CSCS card.
• Degree qualification in relevant field.
