Construction Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Dubai. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or hazards.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with successful project delivery in the UAE or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations specific to the UAE.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
