Construction Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of medium to large-scale construction projects in Dubai. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all onsite activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The role involves close interaction with subcontractors, engineers, architects, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and workflow across all stakeholders. MUST HAVE UNLIMITED LICENSE and MUST have knowledge of FIDIC laws.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality of work, and timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Implement quality assurance and risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate onsite teams to achieve productivity and excellence.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
