Construction Manager

Job description / Role

• Manage all on-site civil construction activities to meet project specs and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Monitor schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Review and approve drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and handover of civil works.
• Control project costs and subcontractor performance.
• Lead and support site teams for smooth project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex, fast-track projects — preferably data centres, industrial, or high-tech facilities.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality control processes.
• Ability to resolve technical and operational issues under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• GCC experience is preferred but not essential.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
