Construction Manager

Job description / Role

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil construction activities for villa and building projects from inception to handover.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Prepare & monitor project budgets, cost reports & variation claims. Ensure projects are executed within approved financial limits.
• Manage submissions, inspections, and approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, and other local authorities.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality performance.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation for senior management and clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project communication and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s degree preferred).

• More than 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record managing villa and residential/commercial building projects from start to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and permitting procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
