Construction Manager - Civil Construction

Job description / Role

Objectives:

• To coordinate all site construction activities and oversee the field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget, includes maintaining the highest quality, while administering good construction safety practices with all on site activities.

Reporting to:

• Project Manager / Sr. Construction Manager

Probation:

• 6 months

Working Hours:

• Sun - Sat at 08:00 - 18:00

Requirements

University Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Civil Engineer

Nature and length of previous experience:

• With a total of 15 years experience in Civil Construction and 10 years experience in U.A.E

Specialist knowledge:

• Civil Construction - Building Works, Commercial, Residential, Villas & Towers

Age Range:

• 30-40

Gender Preference:

• Male

Current Location:

• UAE

Language Fluency:

• English and Arabic is advantage
