We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager Engineering to join our dynamic team in Sharjah/Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project success, enhancing team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks, making adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to assess project status, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment used in construction are of high quality and meet project specifications.
- Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, are accurately maintained and updated.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve construction processes and outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant building codes and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure, while maintaining a focus on project objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
