Job description / Role
Construction Manager (Fit Out) - Dubai
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having a minimum experience of 15 years with contractors, must have worked in relevant position and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise hotel projects. He would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably has experience in the Middle East.
The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with strong personality, would speak fluent English and would have a ‘hands on’ approach rather than a back office Engineer.
Note - For UK based candidates, we may consider candidates with relevant Diploma Engineering certificate.
Salary range - Between AED35-45K full package
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Handled AED 100m + project
- Age between 40-55years
- Interior fit out and finishings project background is a must
