Job description / Role
- Ensure project budgets as per contract and time table.
- Report work progress with execution and technical issues.
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers towards assigned goals.
- Monitoring and Controlling Sub-contractor activities as per assigned schedule.
- Respond to work delays and resolving them immediately.
- Comply with building and safety codes and other regulations.
- Close monitoring of assigned resources for their productivity and material checking.
- Study and assess drawings, plans and specifications and other documents as per project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
- Professional Qualification: Professional Engineering Degree
- Minimum 10 years in Dubai or UAE with complete project as finishing manager
- Experience in Site Management, knowledge of material and technical aspects
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction related software
