Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of high-rise tower and building projects in Dubai. The role requires a proven professional from tier-1 or leading contracting companies, with a strong background in managing complex construction works, driving site execution, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited for candidates with deep technical expertise in high-rise construction, strong leadership capability, and a solid contracting or construction background.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full construction lifecycle of high-rise tower/building projects from mobilization to handover.
• Oversee site operations, construction planning, sequencing, and execution in line with approved schedules and budgets.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, local authority requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Drive quality assurance and quality control across all site activities.
• Support project reporting, progress updates, and commercial coordination as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, with significant high-rise tower/building project exposure.
• Proven track record working with tier-1 or top-tier contracting companies.
• Strong background in main contracting / construction environments (not client-side or consultancy).
• Demonstrated experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, codes, and regulations.
