Construction Manager - Infrastructure Project

Job description / Role

Guildhall is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for a major infrastructure project in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure works, and UAE construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources efficiently to meet project schedules and budgets.
3. Monitor progress, report on KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
4. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
5. Implement best practices for construction methods, risk management, and site safety.
6. Supervise substructure works, including foundations, slabs, underground utilities, and other civil works.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in infrastructure or large-scale civil construction projects in the UAE.
3. Experience in train stations, airport or similar large civil/infrastructure projects is preferred.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on high-value projects.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Immediate availability is preferred.
