Construction Manager – Marine & Civil Engineering Sector
Salary 36-42,500 AED Per Month Plus Flights, Car & Medical

Can you plan, execute and motivate a team on site leading a Major Marine & Heavy Civil Engineering?

Interesting Bridge project based in central Dubai. 25 Minutes drive from DUBAI Airport

Project valued at 210 Million AED construction cost for a Major UAE developer on a bespoke FIDIC contract. This project involves a complex pre-cast bridge into a new development across a live marina. Therefore the planning and coordination are paramount.

Client are seeking someone with arc type culvert and pre-cast bridge experience. Are you capable of managing the full life cycle from enabling works through to an operational Bridge! This challenging civil engineering project involves heavy lifts, design coordination and sub-contract management to pull everything together.

Reporting directly into the Project Manager based on site this project will be your sole focus.

Match the following ?

• 12 + Years experience handling Marine & Civil Engineering Projects
• Involved with EPC & Marine Projects
• Clear strength handling cofferdams, sheet piling, dewatering, pre-cast , temporary works & waterproofing
• Strong technical and engineering grasp of Method Statements , Lifts & Execution Plans & Technical Drawings
• Degree Educated – Civil Engineering – University Educated & Formally Trained
• Able to present to a project team & client
• 1 Pre-cast bridge delivered from start to finish in the MENA region
• CV shows clear strong employment periods not jumping project and employer every 12-24 Months
• You must have a strong command of the English language and able to communicate with your team, client and supply chain on site.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 42,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
