Job description / Role
Our company is looking for a Construction Manager and a Project Manager for a Villa Complex Project in Dubai. Successful candidate are expected to join our team immediately.
The successful candidates will be required to ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the specification, and in line with the contract program.
Salary: AED 25-32k
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Engineering,
- Other qualifications may be acceptable depending on relevant experience.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Construction Management.
- Experience in high end finishing works and preferably villa and residential projects.
- Excellent track record in delivering projects on time and to budget and to the highest standard.
- Must command high standards in Health & Safety and Quality Management.
- Good communication skills and command respect from direct labor and subcontractors.
- Must have GCC experience.
