Construction / Operations Director

Job description / Role

Overseeing the full portfolio of all live roads infrastructure projects across the Emirates. Reporting to the CEO with Project Managers reporting directly in.

Additional responsibilities will include working with the commercial team in ensruning the best possible commercial success of each project, championing health and safety and quality standards, full client interaction and liaison as well as ensuring each projects accountability and reporting standards.

Requirements

Any applicant must be 100% conversant in Arabic and English. Civil Engineering degree qualified with a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects in the roads and infrastructure sector with recognised Main Contractors.

With live projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah the role requires an upwardly mobile and energetic individual.

Any applicant will possess advanced man management and communication skills as well as being a motivational leader and culturally sensitive given the multi national team they will be responsible for.
