Construction Operations Director

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking a Construction Operations Director for one of our clients which is a leading Landscape Solutions company based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads end to end delivery of construction and landscape projects, ensuring on time, on budget, and high-quality outcomes. Coordinates with managers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulators, enforces safety and compliance, manages budgets and risks, and resolves issues as they arise. Builds a strong team through coaching and clear communication, driving client satisfaction and continuous improvement in operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction or landscape industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
