Job description / Role
* Will be familiar with all aspects of international construction and infrastructure projects and contracts.
* You will be working with a broad range of industries, including, power, oil and gas, infrastructure and commercial and residential developments.
* Advising on projects domestically in the Middle East and internationally, covering contracts governed by local laws.
Key requirements:
* Must have a minimum of 10 years PQE in Construction
* Experience with DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL is essential.
* Ability to develop existing and forge new relationships is key to success in this role
* Experience of both contentious and non-contentious construction is beneficial
