Contentious Partner
UAE – Dubai - UK International law firm
Local and overseas experience is required.

JAM Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Senior level Construction and Contentious Partner for a new client in the UAE.

This is a niche role where the chosen Senior lawyer will have the on the ground exposure, a proven track record and looking to take that next step in their career.

Partners who are currently with a firm that is not going in the direction they hoped for or a Senior Associate whose Partnership prospects have been delayed / put on hold are encouraged to apply for this role.


Candidate are expected to demonstrate their ability to win and retain clients in the GCC.
Also, Senior Lawyers also need to have proved exp:
- Leading by example
- Training and mentoring junior lawyers
- Splitting their time between billables and Business Development
- Confident with their client following
