About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and villa maintenance projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day project activities, conducting site visits, taking accurate measurements, preparing and providing quotations to clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Manage construction and villa maintenance projects from initiation to handover.
• Conduct site inspections, take precise measurements, and prepare cost estimates.
• Provide quotations to clients, explain project details, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and verify supplier quotations.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on villa construction and maintenance (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, maintenance practices, and project planning.
• Experience in preparing, presenting, and negotiating quotations with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (for client meetings and site visits).

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
