Project Manager
Civil Engineering - Main Contractor
42-52,000 AED Per Month

Have you delivered 300 Million AED + D&B Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects in the UAE for a Main Contractor?
You will have led a team on site as Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager

Project worth North of 600 Million AED
6 Day Week - Main Contractor

This client will ONLY look at candidates that have a track record of delivery in the Emirates (NO EXCEPTIONS).

This is not your standard Project Manager role as teams are lean, programs are fast and you will be expected to see the wood through the trees when it comes to adding value and hitting program on site.

You will drive quality, safety and program on site. Motivating and driving an Arabic & Asian workforce on site. These numbers will range from 200 -500 depending upon shifts and peak activities in the program.

• Sweet spot is handling Civil; Engineering projects across Energy, Transportation or Developers

The Project

• FIDIC Contract
• 600 Million AED +
• 18 % PROGRESS ACHIEVED ON SITE
• Global PMC + Engineer on site
• Hand over Nov 2027
• Scope - cycle track 12 Bridges, Earthworks,, Utilities, Underpasses & Pavement works
• Reporting into a Regional Operations Manager

Client is looking for someone that fits the following criteria.

• Able to think on your feet & multi task
• Cost versus Actual
• 5 Years delivering complex civil engineering projects such as Infrastructure , Highways , Airport Works for Main Contractors in the UAE
• Degree - Civil Engineering
• 15 Years Post Grad Experience
• Awareness of the local supply chain, clients and regulations
• Communication skills - Do you have the soft as well as hard communication skills to win over and influence

If the CV is at the standard we are seeking then the following is on offer

• Salary Range of 42-52,000 AED Per Month
• Family Status, Flights & Medical
• Fully Expensed Vehicle

Salary:
AED 42,000 to 52,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
