Construction Project Manager - Main Contractor

Our client is a Main Contractor and part of a larger “Established and stable” organization. Their current portfolio includes high-rise towers, mixed-use communities, villas, townhouses, and lifestyle-driven retail and leisure assets.

They currently have an exciting opportunity and are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Dubai. The role will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to execution and completion, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule. They will be managing an inhouse blue collar workforce, sub- contractors, and timelines, while representing the company throughout the project execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• A strong track record delivering major building and high-rise projects
• Must have taken projects from inception through to successful handover
• Ideally have worked for a top-tier or tier-2 contracting company
• Experience overseeing large teams of blue-collar workers. Direct and indirect.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• European Project Experience will be advantageous
