Responsibilities

Your main role will be responsible for:

• Conducting client interviews with CEO’s and business leaders to develop an understanding of the company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions
• Lead senior level executives through discovery-based learning experiences and facilitate participants understanding of relevant content areas
• Manage several large accounts including taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries.
• Identify new growth opportunities and generation of leads for add on business.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial statements to Balance Sheet and be able to interpret AFS’s
• Bachelors degree (business) or related degree (MBA)
• Experienced in Excel (to VBA level or similar)
• Proficient on word and PowerPoint
• Must speak English (fluently), Arabic an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Executive presence
• Strong client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in financial services, Telecoms/IT or L&D
