Consultant General Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant General Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures with expertise and precision.
- Assess patients’ conditions, develop surgical plans, and deliver preoperative and postoperative care.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development activities.
- Educate and mentor junior doctors, surgical residents, and medical students.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and best clinical practices at all times.

- Medical degree and specialization in General Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Board-certified or equivalent in General Surgery.
- Proven experience as a Consultant General Surgeon, preferably with experience in the UAE or Gulf region healthcare systems.
- Strong clinical decision-making and surgical skills across a broad range of general surgery cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to continuous medical education and professional development.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the UAE.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Salary:
AED 90,000 to 125,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
