In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients. Primary responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Deliver medication management and various forms of psychotherapy, adjusting approaches based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics and treatment pathways.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in psychiatry is required.
• Valid and current medical license to practice in the relevant state.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in psychiatry.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills in psychiatry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
