SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a talented and experienced consultant/specialist in internal medicine to enhance our healthcare consulting division. In this vital role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide high-quality care and make a meaningful impact on patient health across our client organizations.

As a consultant/specialist internal medicine, your responsibilities will include diagnosing, treating, and managing various health conditions in adult patients. You will perform detailed medical evaluations, implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your dedication to patient-centered care will be appreciated and instrumental in fostering a healthier community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reviews of adult patients' medical histories
• Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab tests and imaging studies)
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
• Prescribe medications and make recommendations for lifestyle modifications
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention
• Keep thorough and accurate medical records
• Engage in continuing education and stay updated with advancements in internal medicine

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid license to practice internal medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency in internal medicine
• Proven experience in clinical practice dealing with acute and chronic medical conditions
• Strong understanding of current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
