SearchPlus HR is in search of an exceptional consultant/specialist in maternal and fetal medicine to join our compassionate and dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will provide specialized medical care to pregnant women and their unborn children, focusing on high-risk pregnancies and fetal health.

Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed assessments, performing advanced ultrasounds and diagnostics, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement tailored care plans. Your expertise will directly contribute to ensuring the health and safety of mothers and their developing babies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pregnant patients to assess risks and fetal well-being
• Perform detailed ultrasounds and other diagnostic procedures to monitor fetal development and assess abnormalities
• Diagnose and manage high-risk pregnancies, providing timely interventions and support
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other specialists to create and execute patient-centered treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
• Document and maintain accurate medical records and treatment plans
• Participate in research initiatives and clinical trials in the field of maternal and fetal medicine
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and ethical practices in patient care

Requirements

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a consultant/specialist in maternal and fetal medicine
• Completion of residency training in obstetrics and gynecology
• Fellowship training or specialization in maternal and fetal medicine
• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal and fetal medicine
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and performing advanced ultrasounds
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple patient cases effectively
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge of current trends in maternal and fetal medicine
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families

Benefits

Working time is full time.
Salary ranges from AED 45,000 to AED 90,000.
