SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine to enhance our healthcare team. As a key player in our organization, you will provide expert diagnosis and treatment for various oral health conditions, driving improvements in patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with oral health concerns, utilizing clinical and diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and surrounding tissues.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory results.
• Execute minor surgical procedures as needed, including biopsies and removal of lesions.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and manage referrals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and oral health maintenance.
• Participate in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in the field of oral medicine.

Requirements

• Degree in Dentistry with a specialization in Oral Medicine.
• Active, valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Oral Medicine.
• Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating a range of oral health issues.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic procedures related to oral medicine.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex cases.
