Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, evaluating medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, including blood tests and imaging studies to support clinical decisions.
• Diagnose and manage autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other rheumatic diseases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Monitor treatment responses and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimum patient health.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in rheumatology for ongoing professional development and improved patient care.

Requirements

• Medical degree and active license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Rheumatologist.
• Significant clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases.
• In-depth knowledge of rheumatology best practices, treatment options, and current research.
• Strong skills in interpreting diagnostic tests and clinical findings effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple patient cases effectively.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
