In PwC Middle East Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the best across industry and professional functional advisory services. Our Consulting practice currently focuses on several core industry sectors including (Consumer and Industrial Products & Services, Energy, Utilities & Mining, Financial Services, Government, Health Industries, Finance Function, People and Organisations, and Technology)

You will be working within the Finance Function Effectiveness team, which provides advisory services focused on the CFO agenda. The team works across a broad range of industries and delivers projects throughout the Middle East region.

As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead the growth of the PwC Middle East's Robotic Process Automation practice from opportunity identification, business case development, operating model design, change management and full life implementation/enablement of RPA
- Develop strategic partnership and relationships with leading RPA solution providers
- Provide integration of other digital initiatives like artificial intelligence with RPA pilots
- Assist clients with integration of RPA with existing workload scheduling mechanisms
- Develop and grow the delivery team (of 4 to 6 key professionals in Robotic Process Automation) to support the expected growth in this practice area

As a competency, you will support multiple Industry Verticals. However, we expect you to bring expertise in Industrial Products, Telecom and/or Financial Sector.

Requirements

- Experience in conducting RPA assessments and opportunity funneling for pilots
- Experience in providing process expertise for RPA implementation in end-to-end processes (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay)
- Experience in designing operating models, governance and communication frameworks due to the implementation of RPA solution
- Ability to provide advice on RPA pilot selections and an integrated RPA strategy and rollout plan in Finance, Supply Chain and other end-to-end processes
- Good understanding of change management and coaching needs for adopting RPA in client environments
- Experience with implementation of full life cycle ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Others) and its integration with RPA solutions
- RPA implementation experience with leading vendors like UIPath, Blueprism or Automation Anywhere
- Ability to provide advice on RPA pilot selections and an integrated RPA strategy and rollout plan in Finance, Supply Chain and other end-to-end processes
- Experience in conducting RPA rollout training courses, successful and demonstrable Proof of Concept and pilots on RPA, productivity enhancement of BOTS and full life cycle implementation experience on one of the leading RPA solutions in the Gartner quadrant
- Proven Track Record in Sales of Professional Services of US$ 1.5 million - 2.5 million annually
- Proven track record in Revenue Under Management (implementation oversight and control) of US$ 1.5 million

Requirements

Qualifications/Educational Background

- Masters or MBA - Finance and/or Technology (preferable)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Technology

Minimum years experience required

- 10+ years of experience in a similar industry/role
