Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating holistic transformational business cases. Examples of digital transformation work streams include Digital Strategy, IT Strategy, Solutions Selection and Implementation Supervision, Social Media and Data Analytics, Information Management, etc.
- Manage cross-functional internal and client teams, across technology and digital transformation, to develop and deliver end-to-end technology strategies, with a particular emphasis on digital transformation.
- Develop your specialist knowledge; taking a keen interest in digital trends and the impact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market.
- Create and present winning proposals to support our clients on digital transformation
- Support the development of new propositions to help our clients develop and optimise their digital infrastructure in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Work with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate.
- Work to mentor and train other members of the business unit and the project team in order to foster a high performance team environment.

Requirements

- The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output.
- Preferable qualifications: The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role but not a prerequisite e.g. PMP, COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, EA, SOA, Six Sigma, etc.
- In-depth understanding of planning and leading digital transformation projects across diverse industries
- Experience of implementing of complex technology projects, including budget management, project workflow and identification of resource requirements.
- Proven extensive experience of identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining strong client relationships using networking, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to consulting within the Middle East public sector.
- Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English and Arabic speaker preferable.
- The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates.

Minimum years experience required
- 10+ years of Digital Transformation/IT Strategy/ Tech Architecture/Emerging Technology Consulting experience for any of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transportation, Government
