Contact Center Agent

Job description / Role

Etjar Investments LLC is looking to hire a Contact Center Agent to take care of incoming calls from respective tenants. Usually, the calls will be regarding maintenance requests, or requests to view our apartment units.

Other duties would include:
- Taking care of the reception area
- Taking care of company supplies
- Updating company website and social media pages
- Assisting the HR Manager

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Previous Experience as a Contact/Call Center Agent with a Real Estate Background
- Previous Experience in UAE
- Should be based in DUBAI
- Should have at least a Bachelors Degree
- Should have knowledge about the real estate industry
