Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who has worked in a busy inbound/outbound call centre.

Responsibilities will include answering inbound customer phone calls, taking detailed information from the customer, handling bank and e-commerce shipping, dealing with customer inquiries and/or complaints, and tracking shipments and deliveries.

Requirements

- Must have very good English and excellent communication skills.
- Should have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a call centre or customer service center within the UAE.
- Preferably under the age of 30 as the company does have quite a young team.
- We are looking for some one with an out-going personality, initiative, and a can-do attitude.
