Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features through optimal angles, lighting, and staging.
• Research, conceptualize, and develop trending video content that resonates with target audiences on social media and other platforms.
• Take charge of directing video shoots, including location scouting, framing, camera angles, and guiding real estate agents or actors with confidence and clarity to bring creative visions to life.
• Work closely with content writers, media team members, and real estate agents to create cohesive and impactful video content that aligns with the brand's messaging.
• Film key events such as developer project launches, award ceremonies, internal company events, and other occasions, ensuring high-quality coverage tailored for social media.
• Set up and operate video equipment, capturing engaging high-definition footage that brings properties and events to life.
• Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished, visually compelling videos that meet marketing objectives.
• Incorporate advanced elements such as drone footage, voiceovers, and music to create immersive and engaging viewing experiences.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and ensure video content aligns with branding and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in real estate videography and social media practices to consistently elevate content quality.

Requirements:
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Highly creative with an eye for detail, producing content that captivates and inspires.
