Job description

The mission?

• Master the visual vibe: plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content for Mama Dubai and all her buzzing food and beverage spots, events, and campaigns.
• Be the eyes of Mama: capture real, authentic moments that reflect Mama's vibrant spirit.
• Tell stories that pop: turn ideas into visuals that speak the Mama language.
• Team up for greatness: work closely with the marketing and operations teams to bring campaigns, activations, and events to life.
• Design with attitude: create posters, stories, and posts that stop thumbs and start conversations.
• Keep it fresh: stay on top of UAE's hottest food and beverage and social trends and make sure Mama is always one step ahead.
• Stay organized, stay smooth: keep a digital content library that's as neat and easy to navigate as your camera roll.
• Be there when it happens: join the fun events, tastings, parties and capture Mama's most unforgettable moments in real time.

Qualifications

• You've been around the creative block: with 4+ years of crafting killer content in food and beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality, you know how to make every frame tell a story.
• You and your camera are besties: from perfect lighting to smooth edits, you've got the skills to make any moment look effortlessly iconic.
• You speak fluent Adobe: Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, you work your magic across them all (and if you know After Effects, Mama's extra impressed).
• You juggle deadlines like a pro: multiple projects? Tight timelines? No sweat. You keep your cool and still deliver jaw-dropping results.
• You've got social media in your DNA: trends, reels, algorithms—you get it. You don't just post content; you make people stop scrolling.
• You're a creative powerhouse: proactive, curious, and bursting with ideas, you thrive in the buzz of fast-paced energy.
• You've got the receipts: a portfolio that shows your edge, your eye, and your unique way of seeing the world—pure Mama energy.
