Content Creator - Arabic Speaker

Black Pearl is partnering with a leading government entity in the UAE to find a talented Content Creator who can craft compelling stories and engaging content in both Arabic and English.

If you are passionate about writing, digital media, and creative storytelling, this is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful campaigns within the power/energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit bilingual content (Arabic & English) for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and internal channels.
• Collaborate with the communications team to deliver engaging public awareness campaigns and internal engagement programs.
• Ensure content meets government regulations, cultural standards, and brand guidelines.
• Research industry trends to produce relevant and impactful content.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies for multimedia projects.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in content creation or communication roles, preferably in government or power/energy/infrastructure engineering sector.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and translating in both languages.
• Experience with social media, CMS, and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
