Description

* Manage the complete 360 workflow of content creation within the brand - Video, still, animations, written articles and live events.
* Develop a content calendar
* Develop a content strategy with short and long term goals
* Publish and promote engaging content on all social media channels.
* Liaise with a content writer to ensure brand consistency
* Work closely with the marketing and editing team to develop website and social media content
* Prioritize and manage workflows according to brand goals
* Optimize written and visual content with SEO in mind
* Stay up to date with market trends to innovate within the brand

Requirements

The successful Content Manager should have the following:

* 4-7 years in digital content creation and social media management (beauty industry a big plus)
* 2:1 or higher bachelor's degree
* Fluent English (Arabic highly beneficial)
* Creative knowledge in the beauty industry
* Experience multitasking and dealing with several stakeholders at once.
* Experience managing video and photo-shoots
* Regional knowledge of the ecommerce and beauty industry
* Digitally literate (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Google ad words, SEO tools)
* Social media channel management experience - including promotion, reporting and recommendations.
* Comfortable producing reports, presenting to groups and managing costs
* Able to manage a budget
