Content Marketing Specialist

Job description / Role

• Photograph properties listed for sale or rent to meet the online marketing needs.
• Taking photos and videos of buildings, amenities, areas, people and properties.
• Take photo shoots of interior and exterior space of residences.
• Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning meet the required standards.
• Professional editing of photos while applying lighting, contrast, resize and watermarks to bring out the best of the property.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional shoots and company events.
• Support management and agents with video content for company social media activities.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms.
• Design, conceptualize and draft eye-catching content.
• Design and draft social media campaigns, design E-flyers.
• Create images that creatively convey a message.
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms.
• Create and edit PowerPoint Presentation and PDF presentation templates.
• Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in photography / real estate industry / SMM manager.
• Experience as a graphic designer in Real Estate or related industry.
• Have a strong real estate interior portfolio.
• Videography skills are required.
• Must have UAE Driving license and personal car.
• Your own photography equipment to include a camera.
• Proficient working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Capcut, Lightroom and Premiere.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
