Estative is seeking a talented **Media Content Creator** with a strong background in media studies and proven experience in media production companies. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about crafting compelling content that drives engagement and elevates brand presence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and write engaging **video scripts** tailored for real estate marketing campaigns.
- Create high-quality content for **brochures**, **PR newsletters**, and **social media posts** that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR team to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and optimized for various platforms and audiences.
- Stay updated on media and content creation trends to deliver innovative and effective materials.
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive storytelling across all media.
