Job description / Role
Within the dedicated team located in Dubai you will be in charge of:
• Drafting, reviewing and building sales contracts in close link with lawyers and sales representatives
• Act as an advisor to sales representatives on agreement boundaries
• Monitoring standard sales contracts liaising with legal and customers parties
• Be the preferred interface to make customers comply with corporate code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Probation: 6 months
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Soft skills and personality traits:
• Legal or paralegal background
• University qualifications: Bachelor degree in law
• 5 years in similar role
• Language fluency: English and any European language
• Nationality Preference: Western, European.
