Job description / Role
We are working with a major FM services provider to appoint a Contract Manager for a large Hard Services contract.
The contract is 250+ staff across a major commercial site in Dubai - we are therefore looking to speak with candidates who have experience managing a large workforce across a commercial/critical/high footfall site with challenging stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates MUST have UAE/Regional experience with 10+ years' experience in Facilities Management, specifically Hard Services.
A technical qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) is essential.
