Job description / Role
We are looking for a Western Contract Manager to join a Dubai based Main contractor
Responsibilities are as below but not limited to:
• Good knowledge and experience in construction contractual matters including dispute resolution in major Building and Civil Works
• Review tender documents and contract documentation prior to acceptance
• Provide information on contractual matters, ensuring identification of
• standard and critical legal clauses
• Communicate and negotiate with Consultants / Clients on various contractual
• matters
• Drafting and negotiating contracts
Requirements
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Additional legal qualifications are advantage but not essential
• Professional Chartered status such as MRICS, MCArb is preferred
• Have 10+ years of experience related to UAE construction field with Major contracting Companies
• English Native Speaker (as a first language) is preferred
