Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Accountability
The Contract Manager supports and assists the AVP, IT SRM Manager in developing and managing relationships with suppliers (in particular with strategic suppliers) who supply IT goods and/or services to ENBD Group, and ensures performance meets or exceeds contractual compliance and obligations.

Key Accountabilities
• Ensuring compliance of supplier performance against contractual terms.
• Developing, designing and implementing a “supplier scorecard” to monitor and report on supplier/contract performance and compliance.
• Resolving contract issues/complaints quickly and effectively and assists in developing performance improvement plans if required.
• Ensuring clear communications are in place with Group Procurement, Legal, Business Units/internal Stakeholders and Finance Teams.

Governance & Compliance
• To carry out the following tasks for all contracts within own area of responsibility:
• To ensure adherence to the contract scope of work
• To ensure any contract/audits issues are quickly and accurately resolved.
• To ensure PR, PO’s and invoices are processed quickly and accurately, and provide financial updates to Management Teams as and when required.
• To visit supplier sites and assist with supplier quality inspections
• To ensure all supplier trade licenses are valid and up to date.
• To ensure all copies of contracts are accessible and available to view when required.
• To track and monitor contract budget/invoice value and to avoid contract overspend.
• To ensure all contracts are renewed on time and before the expiry date.
• To ensure onboarding and off-boarding of vendors are quickly and accurately processed.

Reporting
• To ensure all “Contract Dashboards” are accurate and up to date.
• To provide regular updates on Contract performance to Management Teams – frequency to be agreed.
• To ensure all deadlines on deliverables are achieved, and quickly reports to the AVP, IT SRM Manager if any performance issues arise.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
• Successful proven track record in Contract Management and IT procurement

Professional Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience
• Strong contract/stakeholder management experience

Technical Competencies

• Ability to compile and analyze Key Performance Indicators.
• Continuously monitoring activity, cost and performance.
• Good problem solving and analytic skills
• Good planning/project management skills — ability to manage multiple contracts with varying complexities.
• Experience of using ERP and Procurement systems
