Contract Specialist

Job description / Role

As the Contract Specialist, you will provide strategic legal advice not just to the company but also all its subsidiaries and owned companies. You will manage all transactional, commercial, and corporate contarcts as well as any compliance requirements.

Description

* Provide strategic legal advice to the team.
* Draft, negotiate, and review all corporate and commercial contracts.
* Interpret and implement all contracts and agreements.
* Promote and protect the company's business and strategic objectives.
* Aid in day-to-day office management functions.
* Manage external stakeholders, like external counsel for litigation, investors, financing institutions, shareholders etc.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as a legal professional
* Qualified lawyers are preferred
* Background in utilities or facilities management would be ideal.
* Strong experience in contract administration and management.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
