Position Title: Contracting Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading Destination Management Companies in the UAE

Job Description:
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels and suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for clients.
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Work with the sales and reservations agents to create customized travel packages for clients that meet their unique needs and budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract agreements and hotel tariff, and update contract and promotion information on ground handling service file.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 23 to 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ experience from Destination Management Company in the UAE
• Must be knowledgeable about Hotel Tariff and Ground Handling Service file
• Experienced in contract negotiation with travel vendors especially hotels
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
