Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to support the construction of a 42 MWac solar power plant in Sokodé, Togo. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for all contractual matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and protecting the project’s commercial and legal interests throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract management activities from project initiation through to completion and close-out.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments in accordance with project and stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure contractual compliance and proactively manage claims, disputes, and change orders.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, legal, and technical teams to ensure contractual alignment across all functions.
• Provide strategic advice on contractual risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contractual communications and decisions.
• Liaise with local stakeholders and ensure all activities are in line with Togolese laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of contract management experience, ideally within large infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar international contract standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value contracts in a multicultural or international environment.
• Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is a strong asset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
