Job description / Role
Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for an Emirati Contracts Engineer to join their growing team in Dubai.
As a Contracts Engineer, you will be responsible for all departmental commercial activities including the tendering procedures, change management, contract preparation, negotiation of terms and conditions and providing practical commercial solutions to any claims or disputes.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have a relevant Bachelor degree or preferably Law degree and with minimum of five years’ tendering, contracts and administration experience in oil and gas operations or similar industry, or in commercial law. Candidate must be a firm negotiator and with sound commercial and technical knowledge. This position is open to Emirati/ UAE nationals only.
