Job Title – Contracts Manager
Based – UAE
Salary up to 35k per month
My client is a construction company based in Dubai looking to hire a contracts manager.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor budgets to ensure all legitimate contract costs are recovered
• Prepare and issue contractual programmes
• Ensuring the project teams have the resources & support required to deliver excellent projects for the clients.
• Ensure completion dates are met and that developments are adequately resourced
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
10 years’ experience in the same role mainly in UAE
Contracting company background
Based in UAE
FIDIC contract experience
Preference but not essential:
Housing scheme experience
Main contractor experience
