Job description / Role
One the UAE’s leading subcontractors are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to head up the Commercial and Contracts department for their UAE operations. Operating from the Dubai head office, the successful individual will be responsible for pre-and post-contract activities.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 45,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Min 15 years’ experience with main contractors within the GCC
• Experience working on major civil engineering projects
• Experience working and managing within a multi-cultural environment
• Good understanding of contract terms and conditions applicable to their work.
• Ability to liaise effectively with Client contract management representatives.
• Experience in P&L / commercial management
• Bachelor Eng (Civil) / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Excellent market knowledge
