About the Client:
One of the leading, well-established EPC contracting companies in the Middle East

Job Description:
- Negotiate and draft contracts and subcontracts with clients and vendors
- Oversee pre-bidding & post-bidding contracts in the Oil & Gas industry, spearheaded negotiation, finalization & delivery of high-value contracts, risk analysis & proposal of deviations during bid evaluation
- Manage commercial requirements of the project execution plan of Oil & Gas construction
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions; monitor contract performance and resolve any issues that arise
- Handle contract/sub-contracts management process, right from the stage of bidding, tendering, proposal of RFP, budget & payments, negotiation with vendors, work progress monitoring, documentation, till commissioning & closure ensuring effective management of contracts/bids pre-award and post-award stages

- Male, 55 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in contract and subcontract management.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas construction industry is mandatory
