Job responsibilities
- Coordination with all consultants, ensuring a unified response to the developer's vision, program, and standards.
- Managing the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
- Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget, schedule, and phasing requirements.
- Engage with delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan.
- Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the in-house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
- Track deliverables, submissions, and key milestones to report progress.
- Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews.
- Provide contractual support to the client's project teams.
- Monitor contract compliance, addressing deviations with the client teams.
- Assist in contract negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and review financial and commercial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Engineering, Law or Quantity Surveying. MRICS or equivalent certification is preferred.
- 12+ years of contracts administration experience in large infrastructure projects.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control software.
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Unifier).

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
